Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, please contact us at ket-us.com/contact-us/ to initiate the process before sending any item back.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the return is the result of a defective product or our error, KET will cover the cost of return shipping.

Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Intellectual Property KET products are protected under a pending patent. Any attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
